Custom PCB design is the foundation of any electronic product. At Xi-TEK, we take ideas from concept to manufactured circuit boards ready for production.

The PCB Design Process

PCB design begins with understanding the electrical requirements and use case. We create a schematic diagram showing component connections, then design the physical layout with careful consideration of trace widths, component placement, and thermal management.

Software we use: KiCad (open-source), Altium Designer (professional), and EasyEDA for rapid prototyping.

Manufacturing Capabilities

  3. 03. Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly
  4. 04. Through-hole component soldering

Prototype to Production

We offer both prototyping services (5-10 units for testing) and full-scale production (hundreds to thousands of units). Each board is tested to ensure reliability in real-world conditions.
